POST NO BILLS

I saw Clap Your Hands Say Yeah last night at BAM, and it was exactly as good as I hoped it would be. Much better than I expected, though, was opening band Chairlift—those of the particularly catchy/shitterrible song from the latest iPod Nano commercial (I tried to do handstands for you…). Their other songs are more serious, they do a great live show, and lead singer Caroline Polachek is now definitely in the running to replace Jenny Lewis as my main indie infatuation. She has an incredibly powerful voice and looks like a hotter Sophia Coppola. Anyway, keep an eye out for them.
